As the Manager Reliability Improvement in the Services Group of QR Limited, my role is to ensure plant maintenance operations, processes, documentation and reporting systems are maintained and managed to achieve a high level of performance and reliability from QR Services track maintenance plant and equipment.

 WBS were engaged to provide SAP PM expertise in the development of a new SAP Notification to support our plant maintenance and reliability reporting systems.

 They were involved in three (3) stages of the project:

1.      Development and documentation of a process model to support the key plant maintenance outcomes we required.

2.      The development and presentation of a business case submission

3.      Liaison with our Information Services Division as they developed the new SAP Notification type.

 We found the experience with WBS very successful because of their focus on achieving or exceeding our business outcomes.

 In summary, WBS were very professional and their extensive knowledge of and experience in the development and application of the SAP Plant Maintenance module helped us achieve our requirements
